What we cannot do — and who can
We cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email or contact the booking provider through its account, app, or support channel.
We cannot change ticket dates, reissue tickets, change names, confirm entry, contact an operator for you, or control availability. Your voucher, booking platform, or the attraction’s own contact route is the right place for those requests.

Open your confirmation email first. It usually contains your booking reference, voucher, and provider contact route. If you booked through a platform or operator website, use that provider’s account or customer support channel.
